Line Dancing changes lives, in ways you'd never imagine

I go line dancing with Jan and her mentors every week in Crickhowell and Llangattock. I suffer with very bad depression and anxiety and I have also lost part of my lung which inpacts on my fitness quite a lot. I've been line dancing every week since start of January and recently started a second night. I absolutely love it, I'm not really an exercise kind of person but wanted something I would enjoy, I've found my balance is so much better, my whole wellbeing really has improved. we learn from each other make mistakes together and enjoy laughing at ourselves when we've missed a move. Jan and her girls are great fun very encouraging, it's never a chore to repeat anything. It's the fastest hour of fun you could have that's good for you.
